Whip up a batch of this 3-ingredient homemade granola and spoon over yogurt, ice cream, fresh fruit salad and more. It also makes a wonderful topping for fruit-based crumbles. Change up the flavor by using your favorite WW oatmeal cup. Make sure to spread out the ingredients just enough on the pan so the oats can toast properly.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small pan with parchment paper.

Remove cover from oatmeal cup; stir in applesauce and oil until well-combined. Using your hands, crumble oatmeal onto prepared pan in a flat, even layer. Bake until lightly browned and toasted, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
